Governance

Strategy 2016 to 2020

Good Governance is critical for the proper functioning of Anew CLG as a whole.  A suitably trained and informed Board of Directors will ensure Anew CLG is heading in the right direction.  The Board needs to take the time to decide where Anew CLG is going and devise a strategy as to how it plans to get there.

A board sub-committee have been tasked with developing a new four year strategic plan. This group is currently examining five key areas including:

  1. Diversification of Services
  2. Increase Funding Streams
  3. Develop the Accommodation Service
  4. Good Governance
  5. A Vision of Excellence in Service Delivery
